Materials

  • Chicken 1 (weighing 1 kg of broiler or country)
  • 1 cup of oil
  • Ginger and garlic make 2 tablespoons
  • Whole hot spices (5-6 pounds of cinnamon, 3 cents of cinnamon, black pepper 1, long 3, star anise 1)
  • 1 cup of onion beaver
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons of pepper powder or taste
  • Yellow powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • 1 teaspoon of hot spices powder
  • Powder cumin and coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  • Salt quantity
  • 1 tablespoon of ghee (if not given)
  • 3 glasses of glass

Method of Cheap Chicken Recipes

Wash the chicken and wash the water.
Make a refined paste with curd, berries and all the spices in blender.
Give the whole hot spices of oil with curry. Give chicken meat, salt and 1 teaspoon of sugar. Fry in high heat.
Dry water from chicken and light brown in ginger-garlic paste.
